Bell Sleeves

This blazer was in and out of the door so quickly at No. 14, it was crazy! Two trends have been so incredibly prominent this season: Cold shoulder, and bell sleeves. They are the two styles I cannot keep on our floor at No. 14. The cold shoulder sweater is something that has been somewhat hard to come by.
